Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 5 TO 7 business days from the time the order is placed, excluding holidays, weekends, and vacations. Once processed orders are shipped USPS. Shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address on file once your order has been shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
If you choose priority or overnight shipping, orders must be placed by 12pm CST that business day. Expedited orders that are not placed before 12pm CST will be processed the following business day.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments by the post office. Please contact your local post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.
